Throughout her career, she has worked at one of Portugal’s largest law firms, developing extensive experience in complex domestic and international transactions.

Her real estate practice focuses on advising investors in real estate transactions (whether structured as asset deals or share deals) and conducting the corresponding due diligence processes.

She also advises on the creation and structuring of real estate investment platforms, real estate investment funds and property companies, as well as tourism investment projects, including hotels and resort developments.

Her expertise further includes the negotiation and execution of real estate agreements, including sale and purchase agreements, forward purchase agreements and sale and leaseback transactions.

She regularly advises on construction, design and project supervision agreements, as well as contracts relating to the use, management and operation of real estate assets, including hotel management agreements, operating agreements and lease agreements, including triple net lease structures.

Her practice also covers real estate finance transactions and related security packages.

In addition to her real estate expertise, she has extensive experience in Corporate Law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, having advised on numerous national and international transactions.
