Filipa Arantes Pedroso is a leading practitioner in Real Estate and Corporate Law, with an established career advising on some of the most sophisticated transactions in the Portuguese market. She developed her career at one of Portugal’s leading law firms, where she founded and led the firm’s Real Estate Department. She advises domestic and international investors on complex real estate transactions, including asset and share deals, real estate investment funds, hospitality and tourism projects, forward purchases, sale and leaseback transactions, construction contracts, leasing arrangements, real estate finance and related security packages.
