Consultant at IMOLEGAL and lawyer with extensive experience in Planning and Urban Development Law, dedicated to providing legal and planning advice on real estate projects of various scales.
Her practice focuses on the integrated analysis of properties and urban development operations, including land classification and zoning, easements and public-law restrictions, coordination between cadastral records, tax records, land registry information and physical reality, as well as verification of compliance with previous municipal proceedings.
She has experience in the assessment of existing legal situations, cadastral and registry regularisation, enforcement measures and planning-related administrative offences. Her work particularly involves urban development projects, tourism developments, residential and institutional assets, as well as the monitoring of implementation units, subdivision operations, licensing and prior notification procedures, and the drafting of urbanisation and construction agreements.
She holds a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed the academic component of a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law. She also provides legal advice to ANTPC.
