Consultant at IMOLEGAL in the field of strategic real estate and construction advisory, supporting developers, investors and technical teams in the structuring and execution of real estate projects through his engineering expertise.His involvement spans all stages of the development cycle, with a particular focus on feasibility analysis, procurement, cost control, risk management and value engineering.
With a well-established international career in London since 2003, he served as Construction Director at Bouygues UK, where he led the pioneering implementation of off-site construction and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) solutions in large-scale developments.
He subsequently joined the developer side of the industry, working with Regal London and Arada, where he led procurement strategies for major developments, including the Fulton & Fifth project in Wembley.
Between 2022 and 2025, he served as Head of Construction at Criterion Capital and Head of Country at Criterion Portugal. He is a member of both RICS and CIOB.
