Her practice focuses on the structuring and management of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposal and operation of assets, as well as the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements and other instruments relating to the use and exploitation of real estate assets.

She began her career in an international environment, having worked with leading firms such as FPC Legal, Garrigues and LVP Advogados, and later served as Legal Counsel at CTT.

She holds a Law Degree from the Portuguese Catholic University, a Master’s Degree in Law and Management, and an LL.M. from Washington University in St. Louis.

She is also the founder of Tacle Legal Experts, now integrated into IMOLEGAL.
