She spent a significant part of her career at one of Portugal’s leading law firms, following the beginning of her professional journey within the tax department of a multinational audit and consulting firm. Her practice focuses on the tax structuring of investments and corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on the real estate sector, including corporate reorganisations, real estate asset structuring, private equity investments and succession planning. Her expertise covers both domestic and international taxation, including Personal Income Tax (IRS), Corporate Income Tax (IRC), VAT, Property Transfer Tax (IMT), Municipal Property Tax (IMI), Stamp Duty and tax litigation. She holds a Law Degree from the Portuguese Catholic University and served as Chair of the Lex Mundi Global Tax Group between 2023 and 2024.
